By accessing or using the services provided by AiSrcleo Digital Solutions ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
AiSrcleo Digital Solutions provides cloud-based email delivery, marketing automation, and digital communication services accessible via our platform at https://aisrcleo.my.id. Services include but are not limited to transactional email delivery, bulk email marketing, omnichannel notification management, analytics reporting, and API access.

You are responsible for maintaining clean, permission-based email lists. You must:
We target 99.5% platform uptime monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. In the event of downtime exceeding SLA thresholds, service credits may be issued upon request. Credits are the sole remedy for downtime events.
All platform software, branding, documentation, and content provided by AiSrcleo Digital Solutions are owned by us and protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you send through our platform. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, AiSrcleo Digital Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access will cease, and data will be deleted per our data retention policy.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia, or through amicable settlement.
